Royal Enfield has launched a gear personalisation programme with the intent to allow owners to express their ‘individuality’. Customers now have the option to customise and order their gear online from the Royal Enfield store. The campaign has begun with personalisation options for helmets, with only their half face models available at the moment.
Some of the characteristics that you can choose to alter are the colours, decals, visors and internal fabric colour, amongst others. The design page also gives you the opportunity to personalise the helmet with text, limited to 14 characters. The text will be displayed on the side of the helmet. The company is working on different text fonts that will increase that character imit.
The custom half-face helmets cost Rs 3200 on the online store, and the price remains unchanged irrespective of the custom options choosen. The brand also has personalisation options for some of the other gear from their store in the pipeline.
